Hey guys ive been lurking for the past 3 months or so just reading, ive finally decided to start PE. My stats are NBPEL 6.1" MEG 5.5", havent gotten along to measure flaccid yet. I will be starting with the JP90. Just here to say hello to everyone and im happy to be a member of the forum.

JP90 is a great routine, but can be a little intense. Stay consistent and follow those PI's!

You might consider spending your first few weeks of training focused on Stamina Only to isolate and accelerate gains in that area. Having a high EQ should greatly increase your potential for size gains.
