So, about 5 years ago I started PE. With the 90 day routine. I stuck to it. Like religion. I had broken my ankle and needed something to do so, that began my journey. Most of my gains were in the first year or two. Life changed. Routine became harder to see stick to so I turned to just upkeep. I've got questions. I've got answers and well. I'm setting off to create a superior device based off of where I feel others fail and off of what I've learned from the scientific aspects of this, shall we say, hobby. I started a hair above 6 inches BPEL and currently at 7 on a normal day a little over 7 if I'm hot to trot. Girth...well. Between pumping and manual exercises I went from 5.5 inches to 6.8. I'm getting sick of the girth and wanting to focus on length without losing the girth. I know guys, length first then girth. Point is. What I don't see much of is after the routine and warm down. There seems to be that anti-turtle device. But nobody talks about a healthy set of rings. So to sum up the main lessons I've learned.
1. Breaking routine can set you back. You want a bigger dick, stick to it like your lungs stick to air.
2. Rushing = Wreckless: I took a break for a couple weeks due to (see below). Jumped back in where I left off and now I've got an odd discolored line on my shaft. You break routine. Start from scratch. They call it conditioning for a reason.
3. Pumps are great, if your smart about it and not trying to grow over night. Pumps are also dangerous. Use a damn stopwatch. I lost track of time once and got a lame blister that put me out of commission for two weeks. (See above) Also, rubbing a light layer of something thick that coats your Lil bruh before pumping helps deter blisters and avoids a little thing I call. Hugging the walls, move that pump around if he's hanging out in the corner too long it can do bad crap to the skin.
4. Temperature! For gods sake man. Stay warm during this stuff.
5. Lotion helps. PE is rough on that skin. Stretches, pumps, hanging, whatever. So daily. After that routine. Slap some lotion on that bad boy.
6. Rings, wearing them after pumping is great if they are sized right. Too tight and he's gonna go ice man on you. Too loose and he'll be looking pre-routine by sundown. The right size can have the circulation still flowing throughout your workday and coming home to make love to your lady like you just pulled it out the pump.
7. Pay ATTENTION to that homie in the shorts! All this stuff they talk about on here about physiological indicators is real talk. It's legit. Mid pump session you feel a weird tingle, you weren't feeling before. Get that thing off of it and massage it my dude. You stopped having morning wood or it's weak sauce. Chill out on the routine. Take it back a notch. Be diligent.
8. Circulation (normal excercise), diet, vitamin C, vitamin E, Zinc are your friends. Take em. Take care of the thing your D is attached to, yes your body and all will be as it should.
In closing. This stuff works. It's a little crazy but I know I'm happy with it. My current girlfriend loves walking around with my bulge all, "that's right ladies, I can see him in my stomach when he does the boom boom" and I love seeing it. So work for it if you want it. If you don't, that's fine. I'm a fan of my statistics now anyways.
