  • Hello everyone

Well wasn't sure if I was going to post but I figured screw it. My name is Joe I am 30 and I'm battling with ed. My main goal for pe is to get better eq. I am overweight so I know that doesn't help. About a week ago I found this site and decided to measure and I was not pleased lol. So I decided to make a change both with EQ and my weight. If I gain some length along the way I guess that will be ok too : )

    Currently 250 pounds 5'10"
    Bpel 5.1
    Eg 5
    Nbpel 4
    Fg 4.8
    I'm a week Into the jp90 I bought ads and a BM.
I'm using the ads 4 days then one off. Havnt used the BM I don't want to over do it.

    Hey Joe!

Dude, we are the same age and similar starting points. I'm 5'10" and a few years ago I was 220lbs. For 8 weeks I cut out carbs during the week but still enjoyed the delicacies of life on the weekends (in moderation). I was able to get down to 189lbs at the end of 8 weeks. I have a desk job and didn't exercise during the time (strictly diet change). The good thing is my stomach shrunk and my sweet tooth got smaller. Said all of this to say, you can do it bro! It's been 2yrs and I'm still 188lbs. Diet is key! My cholesterol also went down 24 points and YES EQ has improved. You will also see more of you burrito with the excess fat gone!

Regarding your routine, try complete the JP90 before embarking on other exercises. Once you reach the end of the program, evaluate your progress, if you are seeing good gains, I wouldn't change anything until the gains slow or stop. In my signature is a link to several routines I recommend. Give it a check if you want.

If you haven't already, click the START HERE link at the top left corner of the website. There are a lot of "getting started" tips and guidelines as well as info on how to PE safely. Wish you success bro!

Thank you for the reply. It definitely helps hearing from some one that was once in the same boat. I'll go ahead and put away the ads and the bm until I'm done with jp90. I'm semi active at work just depends on how things are going. I work 15-16 hours a day so going to the gym isn't really something I want to do I just eat then go to bed when I get back. Thanks again

          Hey Buttersrevenge!

          Welcome to the Gym

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.
