    Hey everyone, I'm a 22year old male from Belgium. I've always been insecure about my girth, i have a rather thin penis. So today I came across this community, and i have to say i'm so excited to see that you can do something about your penis girth. Until now i never knew this. It also seems like an awasome community where everyone wants to help each other. And I hope you'll also want to help me, because i have some questions:

    1. What is a good routine to begin with (how many days a week, how many minutes per workout, what exercise, what about warm up and warm down,...
    2.If you exercise for let's say 1 year and you made some gains and you're happy with the growth. What happens if you stop, exercising? Do you lose the gains?

    I'm sorry if it are stupid questions, but i would really appreciate it if someone could answer them/help me. I would love to become a active member of this community.

    Welcome to the forum!

    There are no stupid questions here. Ask away, were here to get you started off right.

    1. Most guys start off with the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine). It's recommended to do a 5 days on 2 off or a 2 on 1 off schedule. The est of the answers to your questions are in the directions of this routine.

    2. After you have reached your goals you will need to cement your gains(Cementing Your Gains: Make your PE Gains Permanent) or do a light maintenance routine maybe every week or two.

    Go to the START HERE! link at the top of the page and do plenty of reading. In there you will find all of the essential information you will need to get started off safely and effectively

        Hey Jona!

        Welcome to the Gym

        I agree that It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

        It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

        Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue.

        Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

        PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.
