hey guys, ive been following this site for quite a few years now but just recently made an account. ive done casual pe for a few years now. within the last year ive gotten on more of a stricter routine and im not seeing the rersults i feel i should be seeing. my routine is a 20-25 min bathmate session with very warm water. followed by 2 clamping sets at 10 minutes followed by light jelqs too finish out. my temporary gains have gotten much better in the last few months but it seems im not holding them for more then a few hours (some days being better then others) my penis definelty feels much looser and flexible when flaccid as well. im just shooting for better girth gains and havent been having much luck. could overly masterbating be a hinder too girth gains. i feel i do everything else right and dont over train myself but im not having much luck with sticking my gains. i stay very active in the day and also cycle on an off arginine, my routine is also 1 on 1 off or 2 on and 1 off. any help would be appreciated

Bathmate's known to be one of the slower methods to make permanent gains from what I know, apart from a few exceptions who may have known what they were doing. A simple light jelqing and stretching routine at 10 minutes each, for 2-on-1-off, is much more likely to produce gains after 3-6 months.
You can probably keep using Bathmate anyway, as I know it's awesome for flaccid hang, and can produce girth over time.

yeah ive been wanting too add more jelqing but i sometimes feel overworked after a 15 min session. from what ive read the bathmate is a great added boost for jelqing and other excises, it feels great to have a good pump and throw a clamp on. i sometimes feel jelqing for me just always makes it seem longer and not thicker. i wouldnt mind more length but ive been shooting for girth the last 8 months or so, ive even thrown in some horse squeezes in my routine.

Be sure to train your stamina work in a progressive manner. To get the most out of your kegels you should attempt to perform them erect without assistance.
