  • New PE addict

Hello everybody. First of all i want to apologise for my english, as its my third language. I will try not to use translator and and do my best .
So all the PE thoughts came to my head few months ago when i started my new relationship. I felt that im not "filling" her up (she used to be xxl size but lost like 70lbs).
So for 2months i was looking all kind of information about PE, but mostly ligament surgeries and fat injections as i thought its the only option. But then something amazing happened and i found this community. It took me 3 hours of reading success stories and gaining progresses to actuallly believe it can be done without surgeries. So i ordered my bathmate straight away.
My first week i had 5 sessions of jelqing, stretching and bathmate for a very short time just to learn the techniques and see how my unit reacts to this. This week i might start JP 90 program.
The reason i started was size, but now i even have another few goals:
    1. Stretching the ligaments ( at 100% EQ im "pointing" to 11 o clock, thanks to my curve).
    2. Reducing a upward curve
    3. Stretching frenulum (i had a tear 6 months, and now it feels painfull, but not too bad).
My starting measures : NBPEL 5.9, EG 4.7
I think i would be longer with 90 % EQ , because there is no curve at this point.
So yeah, let this journey begin 👍

Welcome! Congratulations to her for the weight loss, that's awesome! Good English as well, I understood you clearly.

Be safe, read the introductory/ start here material in the top left, and take it slow!
I'm just here for a healthier dong (and a lot of girth).

      Welcome Robb!

If I may say so, your English is better than a lot of Americans who only have one language, so excellent presentation of your thoughts and abilities.

Important to take good starting measurements. NBPEL is not an accurate unit of measure. This measure changes based on hydration and temperature and other factors that may cause turtling. Best to use a Bone Pressed measurement. More accurate in that your bone never moves so you have a stationary point of measure that makes all your measurements relevant.

I see that you have started your research of the forums and read some success stories and progress threads. But to PE safely, you need to follow established protocol, so you don't injure yourself. With that said, we recommend that you read everything under the START HERE button which is located to left of your screen in the menu bar. Or, if you are on a mobile device accessing these forums, look for the START HERE button in the stickies in the beginner forums. Stickies are the threads that never move and are at the top in each forum thread list. Also understand that this is a long slow process and everyone proceeds at a different rate. So, don't get frustrated if you don't see immediate results. My recommendation is the JP90 programs to start which conditions your unit and then follow up with the bathmate afterwords.

Welcome aboard, glad you took the time to join.

        Hey Robb!

        Welcome to the Gym

I agree that It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors
