    I finally joined this site and would love to introduce myself.

    Currently, I am an 18 year old highschool student. I live in Lithuania and I am a Slav! x3

    During my early teens, up until I was 16, I was relatively underweight for my height (I am 6'1 feet tall). About the same time, I began going to the gym and stumbled upon this website! I never really gave my penis much thought before going on this site, thinking that ejaculating fast is normal and that my size was quite good. But, after doing some reading, I decided that if all of my muscles were progressing and growing, then my penis can't be left behind!

    I have been doing P.E on and off for roughly 2 years. It has helped me cure my P.E (got it due to masturbating a lot since I was 11 or 12.) and increased my overall size a bit.

    As of right now, I am trying to get into it seriously! I am happy with my girth, I would just love to increase my length by a fair bit.

    Starting stats (Summer 2016) - 5.8x5.5 inches
    Current stats (December 2018) - 6.0x6.0 inches
    Long term goal - 8x6 inches

    I am well aware that the journey is going to be rather long (no pun intended) and tedious! I do hope to meet some great people along the way and I look forward to reading and learning even more information!

      Good intro and i agree your goals should be mainly length .

        Hey Denchikus !

        Welcome to the Gym


        If you have not already done so, It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

        It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

        Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

        Dont forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

        PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

              I have been reading everything what I could w.o an account for roughly 2 years now! ^^
