Looking to start on my PE journey and was hoping to get some advice on my current situation.
I've decided to look into PE for a number of reasons. Not only do I want to increase my size but I also feel for one reason or another that my penis is getting smaller.
I'm 26yo who eats healthy and does weightlifting 4x a week at the gym for 3+ years now. I do no cardio though and live a fairly sedimentary lifestyle apart from the weightlifting.
I understand there is the general consensus that a penis cannot shrink, however for years now I have noticed a definite shortening of length year upon year to the point where it is no longer dismissable and is taking a toll on my mental health. I accept I have gained weight over the years due to the weightlifting but it is mainly muscle and I am fairly lean.
Erection quality is good and probably at its hardest since I decided going gym, but its defo not as long or as thick as past erections used to be.. making me think my bloodflow isnt great. Libido is ok/fairly good. I rarely get morning wood or random erections though, this has been the case for many years now.
Premature ejaculation has always been an issue.. and of late has got even worse. I masturbate once a day watching porn and think I probably need to cut back on porn or have days off from masturbating all together as in my head I'm thinking masturbating every day is making my penis smaller.
Ive always struggled to get an erection when I drink alcohol also so there is some underlying erectile dysfunction issues there either physical or psychological (although was never a problem with a previous gf so maybe just psychological).
All in all I will look to start a beginner routine.. but I wanted some advice on my other concerns and what you think I could do to help.
Do you think there is a bloodflow issue here? lack of morning wood, shorter length/ less thick penis on erect and also have noticed a shorter flacid compared to usual. Would testosterone levels be an issue here?
I will look at beginner routines to help start my journey but im looking to combat all issues ive mentioned here so some advice on my concerns around what you think may be the cause of my smaller erections etc would be appreciated.
