So, I remember back in college I dabbled in PE, but just did it over 1 summer. Fast forward, I want to do it again but for the long run.

    I'm not 100% sure I did my initial measurements right. But I think I did BPEL - 5.25 and BEG - 4.6.

So a few questions. How should I measure? I know being consistent is probably the most important thing, but just wondering if I'm even doing it right.

Secondly, I think I just want to do exercises. Don't think I'm going to buy any pumps or anything like that. I would like to get to 7" if possible, and maybe 1-1.5" in girth. Do you think that's possible with just exercises?

Where should I begin. I know there is plenty info on the forums, but it's a little overwhelming to me. Have no idea where to start.

Any guidance and advice would be great. Thanks
    Start: 1/1/19
    BPEL — 6 3/8" (6.0375) | MSEG — 4 5/8" (4.625)

    Current:
    Same as above

    Goals (end of 2019):
    2019 - 6.5" | MSEG 5"

over one inch girth is a hell of a lot. I would say realistic goals would be one inch in length and 0.5 in girth, amd even that is substantial gains. I would say that in my opinion the people who say they gain 3 inches in length etc either measured wrong, lied, or just got lucky. To put it simple, it's not common to gain such size.

I think measuring wrong is a huge part of it. If I hadn't been so persistent and measured myself multiple times, I could have easily underestimated my size by up to 0.5'' since it's a bone pressed measurement.

          Hey Just

          Welcome to the Gym

I agree that It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors

Thanks. I'd be perfectly fine with 1" and length and .5 in girth too.

That's kinda what I'm worried about I guess. Not 100% sure if I'm measuring right. But from what I've gathered from the boards, it's about being consistent I guess.

Thanks man. I plan on picking a routine today from the ones listed there for beginners. Will also redo my measurements and start my log. Today will be my first day.
