I'm having a lot of trouble viewing user pictures of any kind, is it because I am new?

I have the same problem, it has mainly to do I believe with the platform you view them on as well as the format the image was uploaded with.

I have tried all my devices nothing is working, shame as the other place photo's display fine.

Photos are still in storage, it is just one part of the forum no longer knows where they are, and the programmer has to 're-point' things to look in the correct location. Just relax, when it gets taken care of is another question.
Sorry for the headaches.

Recently servers were relocated, DNS & address-wise, and there have been a few 'glitches in fine tuning things.
