Hello, I'm a 19, black/german, Genophobic, 5.75 X 4.75 sized, depressed loner and
I've decided to try out some PE exercise because I have a lot of issues with myself right now.
My whole ego is tied up to this little guy right now and it's killing me.

Hello OneOh1, and welcome to the Gym. I know how you feel about being depressed and being a loner. I was raised by a computer and video games from the age of 13-16 and had plenty of issues with myself until a few years ago when I snapped out of it and went from a 0 confidence level to a 10. This was way before PE also (I'm only 20). Your friend down there is going to grow, like Waylander said, start the 90 day beginner routine and you will see some newbie gains, those are always confidence boosters.
