    Greetings PEGYM family !

I am joining today. It`s no shame hiding that I came here to find solutions.

I don`t know if this introduction is the right place to ask this question.

I have troubles with kegels. I have premature ejaculation, and recently I got to know that in addition to some other solutions, male PC muscle exercises have a lot to do with lasting longer. I searched the web for information, as every guide explains, tried to locate my PC muscles by holding urine.

So, I did. I could hold pee without tightening the abdominal or gluteal muscles and could locate some muscle contraction in the perineum. Fine.

But the trouble comes now. When I tried to flex the muscle while standing or sitting, I could feel any sort of contraction .

As some guides have suggested, I tried to detect a contraction with penis movement.

In supine position, I could move the penis a bit with with voluntary effort to contract. But, it is just like a pulse. I make a voluntary effort, the penis moves a bit - lets call it a flicker of movement - then it`s gone. I am still thinking that I am holding the contraction - but I feel nothing. I try relaxing, but there`s nothing to relax.

I think that there are 2 explanations.

    1. I can hold pee, that means I have control over PC muscles?

    2. Even though I have control over peeing, I have little control over PC muscles, that`s why there`s just a flicker or pulse of movement.

Please guide me in the right direction, because, knowing where you are to begin with, helps you to plan ahead. My confusion is, if kegels are workouts like pushups, why don`t I feel sore or exhausted after tryning to hold it? Is having a pulse or flicker of movement without exhaustion, indicating that my pc muslces are weak to begin with?

If my pc muscles are that much weak, will I ever be able to acjhieve the goals? I mean, most of the guides give begining exercises as holidng for 3 seconds or seconds etc., my ability is just short of a second

    Hey KaneAlpha!

    Welcome to the Gym

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to pursue your routine.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.
