    Hey paarcher!

    Welcome to the Gym.

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercises

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

I recommend taking good starting measurements, and adding them to your signature. Take a ruler and press it hard into the bone right above ur dick, that's your BPEL. Then use a tailor's tape or piece of string and measure girth (either mid shaft, or wherever really). I measure about 1.5" below the glans at my circumcision scar. Some also chose to measure stretched and flaccid, but i never cared about those.

Then, starting a log in the Progress section. You don't have to update it every minute of the day, but every few days give an update. The log really isn't for everyone else, but for you to document your progress and hold yourself accountable. My unit was very average in size, and believe me PE works for the ones who make it a habit. I also recommend getting a device when you're ready like a pump or an extender, but not right away.
            Start: 5/28/2019 BPEL - 6.25, EG - 4.75
            Current:10/1/2021 BPEL - 7.5, EG - 5.625

Welcome to the gym, good advice here. Just stay committed and don't try to bite off too much at one time. You won't see overnight results but if you stick with it you'll see that all the effort pays off.
