Hi everyone
Great to be part of this forum. I am Franky and currently reside in Beijing.

I measure 6.5 inches and my target is to hit 10 inches. Is it gonna be possible? Thank you all.

A 3 1/2 in gain is not impossible but it's highly unlikely that you would gain that much. As you can see in the PE Gym Top Performers thread only 2 out of the 176,000 members who have joined this forum over the years have reached or exceded the 3 1/2 inch mark.

Go to the START HERE! link at the upper left of the page and do plenty of reading. In there you will find all of the essential information you will need to get started off safely and effectively. Choose a beginner routine, such as the JP90(JonPop-Intense Beginner Routine) and follow it through for the 90 days to condition your penis before moving on to anything advanced. If there is anything you don't understand don't hesitate to ask questions.

My Opinion, to get that kind of increase, it will take a long time, a lot of dedication/persistence, and you will need to research and experiment, to find what will work at any one time, in your pursuit of that kind of gain.

You may even decide at any point, this is good enough.

I agree that It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft. When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
