  • Making it so

    Hi all

I've been curious about PE for years, previously bought a cheap extender but couldn't get on with it and think I ended up binning it. Tried jelqing previously also but always felt I was more likely to injure myself than gain.
I intend to learn jelqing gradually now, I am mainly using a bathmate hydromax I treated myself to recently.
I'm 37, married (wife doesn't approve of PE, thinks i'll only injure myself) so I am only doing this for myself really.
I'm starting at BPEL 5.4 and EG 4... so while the length isn't great I think the girth is even worse, so I'd love to make gains on either, ideally both.
Hope to post more as I go, cheers

      Hey Cpt.!

      Welcome to the Gym

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors.

NCC 1701 must not injure yourself, resistance is futile.

How about this as a starting plan ?

Click here to start! <------ click !

Please review the Rules, and most importantly the items in the Safety section. Critically important information is in there, so you don't hurt yourself/go in the wrong direction.

Then on to the Beginners Section, and select a Routine.
JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine is one used by many.

You will be 'conditioning' your penis.

Hi, thanks all for the warm welcome, it's a pleasure to be here. Everyone needs a hobby. I certainly do.

Pegasus - I have read some of them but not all yet - i've favourited a few of the beginner/intro threads that have loads of links off them and am working my way through them!
Thanks not2big. I will read around more and I want to learn jelqing, hopefully it's ok to do that and carry on with the bathmate. I've already been using the bathmate for about 3 weeks and I'm just getting my technique right I guess it's the same with jelqing or anything. I know bathmate advocate jelqing alongside the bathmate so I assume there's no problem doing both.

One thing I am confused about at the offset is kegels which I believe are a pelvic floor thing... I have already read an article here about the dangers of doing pelvic floor stuff wrong or doing too many reps... But what I'm not sure about is why (if they are so risky) anyone does them? Apart from for premature ejaculation issues (which ive not had). Like, I've read about the risks but not the benefits.
Anyway I'm sure it will become apparent as I read more of the threads and articles in this site, so please no one feel you have to reply to explain why people kegel, unless you want to! I'll figure it out.

            All the best guys, cheers

Glad to have you here! Just be smart about it, be sure to read about PI's (physiological indicators). They will be your guide through this journey. It's a marathon not a sprint and short cuts lead to injuries. Also keep in mind the first three months are typically designated for conditioning. Creating a progress log here is highly encouraged as well.

Welcome Captain. As your wife and Commander Data mite say, “Be safe and remain Fully Functional.”
A prayer, is kinda the same as a "Like". If there are enough likes, God will take notice. So "Like" away please. My daughter needs your prayers. Thank You.
