I started PE about 2.5 years ago on my 36th Birthday. it all started with some research on penis health, erection quality and lasting longer in bed. Lets just say, my wife was not getting the full benefit and was starting to dislike sex altogether. Since I am the only person I want my wife to have sex with, I had some improvement to do.
So, I started a beginners routine and kept it going for about 4 months before changing things up a little. I noticed some gain in length and kept on going. At the 10 month mark I had gained about 3/4" in length and no girth. However, with the 10 months of Jelqing I felt heavier, hanging lower, and my EQ was up a bit. I also remember having one really nice night with my wife where she said "How did you last so long?" (It was probably only 15 minutes at the most, but it beat the 3 mins from previous times).
This gave me the confidence to keep going, as I was getting discouraged from the lack of girth gains and my overall progress to date. I thought my gains would come on faster. Newbie mindset I suppose. I purchased a Bathmate and introduced that to my routine as well, hoping for some actual girth gains.
I slightly increased in size for the next 8 to 10 months, but since then, I have seen no more gains. That was about a year ago now. After 1.5 years and not too much improvement, have I already hit the plateau?
So, I've taken the last 2 weeks off and have been doing some research. I think I know what I need to do now to keep the gains and total EQ up. It's time to change up the routine (girth focused), experiment a little and increase the intensity.
I will be posting in the Progress Forum every once in a while to keep you all informed on how my progress is going. Also, I have given myself a new deadline to reach my goals. My 40th Birthday, which is just over a year and a half from now.
If, anyone else has had success in breaking their own personal plateau, please feel free to give me some tips.
I am only focusing on girth at this time. and will not be purchasing any more devices. Hands only!
