Hi there, I found about pegym yesterday and I want to give it a try.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Hey and welcome to the Gym! I wouldn't recommend going past 5.5" girth. We all know that every girl is different so the answers to your questions will vary depending on the person. I've recently reached 5.75" and there is a lot of reluctance when it comes to doing anal. It's still doable but I'm having to invest some time and have the girl wear butt plugs all the time just to get comfortable for my thick size. You are right on the edge of girth being easily accepted for anal and BJs.

I would say use a cock ring if you want more girth. I'm around your size and the cheap rubber ones add about 1/4-3/8" extra girth for me. I believe a properly fitted metal one adds even more.
