  • New to PE. Slightly overwhelmed.

So I am new to PE. I am 39 so maybe a bit old for changes. Hoping to find success anyway. Background in healthcare but not a provider. On week 2 of JPs start routine. Did a pre-PE routine to try to maximize gains. Here was my preroutine:

Man-oil penis cream for 90 days to revitalize my older skin. Cut down on drinking as well to once a week.

    Supplements:
Cirtulline which boosts nitric oxide production in a more natural way than L-Arginine.
Vitamin B complex for blood flow and energy
Magnesium for blood flow and helping Vitamin D
Zinc for blood flow and tissue repair.
Vitamin D3/K2 to provide mental support and help move calcium into the tissues.
The next two sets of supplements are broken down into two categories.

Anti-LOX: Inhibiting LOX has been found to enlarge smooth muscle tissue including the tunica alibicans by encouraging remodeling. This can be dangerous if done in an unhealthy way and can cause aortic enlargement. Keeping balance with this system though is completely safe. Two common supplements can help with this and both serve a dual purpose.

Vitamin C-inhibits LOX activity per studies and helps immunity and helps with healing, oxidative stress, maintenance of cartilage and helps inhibit malformation of fibrotic collagen cross links. I also use Vitamin C skin serum locally to help inhibit LOX in this area and promote positive collagen formation.

Aspirin 81 mg: Also low grade LOX inhibitor and helps against clot formation. However, you must take the enteric coated and ONLY the 81mg to avoid side effects.

Malformation of Collagen: Most fibrotic or other or damaging collagen cross-links are caused by AGE’s. Advanced Glycation End products. It’s thought to be one of the causes of ED in diabetic patients. As you cause tears in collagen during stretching it can contribute to fibrotic crosslinks stunting your gain. Numerous supplements I take are shown to inhibit AGE’s and help with healthy collagen formation.

Reservatol, Tumeric, Ginger, Vitamin E and Vitamin C. I take all of these daily. I have done so for the last 30 days to prepare for my PE journey.

Being on the older side I also take collagen Due to a deficit forming with age and have been receiving testosterone for the last 2 years.

My length is 6 3/4 inches BPEL and about 6 1/4 inches showing. Goal is 7 inches flat showing. Girth is my biggest issue I feel. I am at 4.5 inches of girth with a goal of 5.5 inches.

So onto my actual work. Doing JP begginer exercises with no issues so far for two weeks using the 5 on/2 off schedule. Kegels and Reverse Kegels daily. Weight loss and exercising to reduce fat pad and have more penis showing and improve blood flow. In two more weeks I plan to order a bathmate and When it gets to me about 5 weeks in to the JP beginner course start super slow and flaccid. Bathmate in AM, antiturtling sleeve during the day and exercises and edging at night. Slowly increasing intensity of exercises and Bathmate for the course of the 90 days then measuring my progress and evaluating where I go from there. Most of my focus will be on girth work since my length goal is a 1/2 inch away at most. Really hoping to slam that girth after the 90 day beginner course with increased Bathmate exercises and more complex girth exercises.

Open to suggestions or anything along the way. I won’t update though for 90 days unless I see some significant jump between now and then visually. Then I will do it more frequently

Love the prep work you've done beforehand. You're off to a great start.

I recommend that you turn it into a game or a hobby, rather than a task. 1 in of girth will take a while, so make sure you are relaxed and enjoy the journey!

You`re overwhelmed cause you do a bit much
Your goals are realistic but you always want to have some options in the backhand to have "room to gain" without getting too used to the exercises. (which could then mean you have to decondition/pause)
Keep it simple and go from there imo.

        Hey DJ!

        Welcome to the Gym

It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

By the way, I started my PE trainig at the age of 67.

Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.

PE safely and good luck with your endeavors .

Welcome to PEGym! You're never too old to start any kind of PE routine. I was in my mid 40s when I was the most intense at it.

Welcome! We were all new to this once. I still feel like I'm pretty new, too. Lots of great advice to be had on here, that's for sure. Don't worry about your age. I don't think I'd even heard of PE when I was 39! I have a medical background, too - research, not practice. You'll find that comes in handy here. Good luck.

Looks like you are plenty prepared, but like JustAlImore said, let's try to approach it as a game! Good luck!

The older I get, the easier it is to get overwhelmed.
Then in no time at all, I forget about it.

                      Where am I ?
