    Hello everyone!
    After lurking around for a week on this forum I decided to finally make an account and share my progress here so I can keep a nice "journal", motivate myself and keep in touch with people who have this "hobby" as well.
    So I heard about PE a few years back but didn't really give it any attention as I thought that it was just another way for someone to make money selling things. Fast forward to the present day and I stumbled upon PE again but this time I was intrigued when I saw a comparison picture which... definitely was proof that this PE thing is actually real.

    Here I am after a week of reading around the forum. So I spent 2 days taking my measurements just to be sure that I'm taking them correctly and that they are the same every time.

    BPEL: 6.3" (16.2cm)
    MSEG: 4.7" (12.1cm)

    I decided to do the JP's 90 routine and I've been doing it for 5 days now but unfortunately as I'm not alone all the time I have to do it when I have time. As an example, in these 5 days I managed to do it in the first 3 days and the last 2 were basically rest days, but I hope I'll be able to do it at least 10 times every 14 days.

    Anyways in just 5 days I'm already impressed by PE as I've never seen my flaccid length during the day so big and also when I'm horny my dick has never looked more veiny. In the future when I'll live alone(hopefully next year) and I will have advanced my PE conditioning it's possible that I will be looking into pumps and other devices as I see that a lot of people praise them, but until then I'm only doing manual exercises.
    In conclusion, I'll definitely insert PE into my life from now on and I'm looking forward to seeing results and getting insights from people around this forum.

    Hey Overtimer!

    Welcome to the Gym

    It would be a good idea to click on the Start Here button at the top left of the page. Lots of good information on what the Gym is all about, including best practices and safety tips.

    It is always recommended to start with a beginners routine (doesn't have to be the JP) and continue with it for 90 days or until you stop gaining. Start slowly and build up to the full routine over a few weeks.

    Jelq with an erection level between 40 and 70%. Do not grip too tight, just enough to feel blood moving up the shaft . When stretching, grab your shaft about one inch below the glans and do not pull too hard, just enough to feel a slight stretch. Let your PIs be your guide as to how hard to do your exercise.

    Don’t forget to take good starting measurements and photos so you have a solid base to compare your gains to.
