That often seems like the obvious way forward, but in that situation I think ask "What do you mean?" would spoil the situation.

Yeah who knows what she meant:

1) freshly washed scent
2) smooth skin
3) clean-looking, as others said no discoloration
4) shaved smooth and/or trimmed pubic patch

For me that usually means manscaped; clean, fresh smelling and trimmed.
