I've kept an eye on this forum for the past few years, but never had the discipline to be consistent. But this time I'm ready...
I made it a goal this month to kick all the bad habits in preparation for the new year.
My flaccid is usually turtled. Most likely due to my excessive usage.
I've been reading the forum about hard flaccid and figured if i was to take this seriously, I need to fix the stiff and move toward a strechier penis.
Since the beginning of this month, I've stayed on the path of no porn, masturbation, and smoking.
When i got my med card about 5 years ago, i asked the doctor about why I haven't been dreaming and she told me that is normal.
I found that for most people who smoke bud before sleeping never reach REM sleep. Quality sleep is when your body releases the most hormones!
I've been lacking morning erections this year from stress/poor sleep, and if I'm to keep an eye on EQ for PIs, I need to take bud out my life for the PE journey.
I have the phallosan and just bought the bathmate x20. I plan to use them in conjunction with the JP90's beginner routine at the beginning of the year.
But as for now, I'm using the phallosan without the hook and the belt to focus on my flaccid hang and overall stretchiness.
I use a warm rice sock before i put it on, after i put it on, and then whenever i get the chance.
I've also began doing pelvic floor stretches from a video someone suggested.

I write this post to let you guys know that since i stopped the bad habits, my flaccid hangs just a tad bit longer. Nothing crazy but it feels like summertime.
But what i enjoy the most is that its not super stiff and I've been having vivid dreams! I also had a STRONG morning erection.
My main goal is to continue this to ensure that when i start next year that I will be at prime stretch.
I welcome anyone new who is reading this to join the challenge for the remainder of the year if you feel like you have the same issue.
I will measure and plan a routine the closer the year ends. But as for now, I'm trying not to obsses, going with the flow, learning, and enjoying the journey.
Remember to always be safe when doing this and take it slow.
Big blessings to everyone in the struggle, everyone on the journey, and everyone who have achieved results but continue to help those who havent.
