    Hi there I am a Korean(Asian) dude. I've stopped PE for many times because I couldn't see result. maybe I am too thirsty.

    Usually workout 3 times a weeks, following JP90. I took my measurement today and you can see here

                  I’m Asian too. Idk I think I messed up my training. I been consistent over two years now I haven’t seen much of a result. I haven’t give up yet, but idk why I haven’t already.

                      I started PE with size geneitcs and bathmate before joining this group and that's where I think I messed up. I started with high tension, not ease into it them by starting with low tension. I was also inconsistent at the time doing it whenever I feel like it. This was probably around 2017-2019. My stat around those time was BPEL: 5.5" MEG: 3.8" and it did not increase anywhere at all. Pretty sure this made my penis pretty tough.

No girth gains which is something I feel insecure about and want to increase the most. I notice this that my girth is well below average girth and most women roast me on this all the time. My penis shape is like a baseball bat where the girth at the top right below the glan is 4.1", MEG: 3.8" and it seem my base girth without the fat pad and skin is even thinner. I workout weight training 5-6 days each week, moderate intensity cardio 3 days each week and take my supplements as well. I don't have the best sleep quality probably averaging around 6 hours everyday.

                      On 04/2020 over the pandemic I started taking my PE seriously and started JP90. After 90 days, I didn't achieve any results, but I kept going with less consistency. On my PE days, I would use bathmate as well for 1 set of 15 minutes.

                      Around 11/2020 I started vacuum hanging and I followed the hanging 101 routine starting from 2lb building my set to 6 sets of 20 minutes then increase weight. I started hangning because I saw it can increase base girth which is something I put pretty high on the priority list. Around this time I stopped all the other PE exercises and on did hanging. Around 8lb + I started to bump into blister issue and would have to pause for a week to recover. Around this time I was staying around the same weight to make sure I was able to progress without the blister issue by training 7-8 for few weeks. Eventually I was able to wrap and tighten better increasing to 10lb slowly. I trying increasing to above 10lb at 11-12 lb and have been getting blister regardless how I wrap/tighten it. This gave me multiple weeks of setbacks and I start back again a lower weight around 7-8lb and work my way to 10lb again. Recently I have been using lower weight around 7-8lb and hanging longer time like 5-6 sets of 30 minutes. I was able to gain 0.5 from hanging, but for the past several months I have been stagnating by random setbacks from blisters and replacing the parts of the hanging equipment. I think I made it tough and strong instead of being able to grow.

                      This could be a mistake to my hanging routine, I started hanging SD. After a few weeks I changed my position toOTS alternating between left and right side with the same weight as I was hanging with SD. Then I mainly did OTS because when I pull straight down there is not much of a tug. When I pull straight up and any other direction there is a tug.

                      For the past few month my current routine is manual stretching for 15 minutes, jelq for 5 minutes, pumping 15 minutes around 4-6 days each week. Atm I'm hanging 5lb for 3 hours around 4-6 days each week as well. Right now I don't know what is the approach to gains anymore. I was thinking about clamping every other day, but does that increase base girth? Overall girth would be good as well so clamping is something I am considering to add except I don't know if I'll be overtraining and what exercise to take out.

                      Ask me questions if you guys need more info. If anything I'm desperate for girth gains ideally base girth more than everything else atm. Thanks, please help.

                          It sounds like you've started on the high end of things as regards training. What are you doing to develop stamina?

                            What do you mean by stamina?

                            Also another important thing I just realize is that this whole time I didn't do kegal in my training. I did the entire JP90 and manual stretching afterward without kegal... Going to make sure I'm doing it from now on.

                              IN this case, I'm referring to an aspect of EQ. You should be performing stamina-specific exercises- like Kegels and [if you're not sexually active] edging at the end of your routine.
