Been doing the JP-90 for over a month now and have seen some decent results (by my standard) so far. I'm almost reaching my second month and I think now would be the time to prepare to get involved with the community a bit more seeing that as the longer i'll be doing this the more I will need ideas and overall help from this community.
Whilst I am at it, I am planning to remove the v-jelq from my routine and implement something that is focused on length rather than girth, what has worked out for people i.e. manual excersises?
