Hey,
I've always had trouble when it came to bowel movements meaning I'd go probably twice a week and when I did go I used to strain (still do a little) and I could never empty everything out due to my anus clenching involuntarily but I never thought much of it. PE was more of a concern, I never lasted as long as I'd like (under a minute) but I'd still make my ex cum so she was satisfied. Then I was single for a long ass time (5 years) so I didn't care about lasting long during masturbation. Now fastforward to present day, I'm in a relationship and I can't make my girl cum so PE has become more of an apparent issue. Wanting to please my girlfriend, I started to look for some solutions on how to get rid of my PE. While searching I learned about the pelvic floor and how a tight pelvic floor can cause constipation, anismus/dyssynergia and PE. I felt like I was on the tight path cause everything described was what my symptoms were (without the pain cause I feel zero pain from my tight pelvic floor). To get rid of this tight pelvic floor I had to relax it and to do that the main solutions were pelvic floor stretches. So I did them religiously, I always went to see a doctor who suggested drinking water and eating healthier. I saw huge improvement when it came to my bowel movements, I was going almost everyday and the stools came out way much easier with little to no clenching at all. So I thought my PE was going to see the same improvements but I recently had sex and not one difference ffs. So here I am back to square one trying to find a solution.
