  • Hi everyone

Hi everyone, this is the first time i've ever posted anything on a forum. I've finally joined after a year of um-ing and ah-ing. I first found this site last year when I was having ED problems and did a Google search for exercises to help with it. Kegels did help. Anyway I'd obviously like to improve my vital statistics but my main problem is that I have quite a pronounced curve to the left (also curved upwards which doesn't bother me). More than anything I would like to correct this left curve and any size gains would be a bonus. Can anyone suggest the best exercises to try and correct this curve? Any advice would really be appreciated. I don't have much spare time for exercises so can't do very long routines.

Hey PJT! Got your msg mate cheers, just noticed your introductory post hadn't been answered, sorry about that we must've all been sleepin that night! Some impressive start stats you got, but of course the main thing you've said you're after is straightening out the curve.

I couldn't answer your question with much conviction mate as i've not experienced a curve (though i would quite like an upward one!), but i know that some of the guys are working to either straighten their dicks or cultivate an upward curve. So hopefully someone with knowledge of this will jump in with some info.

What i've read is that jelqing against the curve over time will help straighten it out. i tend to put a slight upward bend at the end of my jelqs to hopefully get an upward curve happening. In Exercising the Penis i think AK mentions it, i'm pretty sure over time its possible. Also man pe needn't take up loads of time, a jelq session can be 15 mins easy.

So (belatedly) welcome to the 'gym peajay!
