  • Hello All

Hey guys, I've been reading this site for a couple of weeks and decided that now would be a good time to introduce myself. I am a 26 year old man who has always been conscious about his penis size. I've always believed that nothing can be done about penis size short of surgery -- which I understand isn't all that effective -- and thus was initially skeptical when I began reading about manual/mechanical penis enlargement methods. I still have some skepticism.. but I think there might be something to this, and the success stories are encouraging, so I'm going to give it a go .

    I just took some measurements:
    bpel: 14.5 cm (5.7 in)
    nbpel: 11.3 cm (4.44 in)
    eg: 11 cm to 11.5 cm (4.3 - 4.5 in)

    ..pretty small.

    Two things are really noticeable:
    (1) first is the discrepancy between the bpel and nbpel, I have a fairly large fat pad, which should diminish with a lower body fat %. Right now I'm approx 30% bf, which is way too high. However, I am currently implementing a strategy to reduce this to 10% bf in the next year.

    (2) While I am 5.7 in bpel, my scrotum attaches fairly high to my shaft on the underside of the penis, giving me only 4.5" of effective penetration on a good day. Thus, my effective penis length is around 4.5" despite the basically average bpel. Not sure what can be done about this.

As far as what I would like to achieve, 7.5" bpel by 5.5" EG are long term goals. In the next year, I would like to add 1" length and .5" in girth. Thanks!

Not so small; The Lifestyle Survey in 2001 states the average BPEL 5.88 inches, EG 4.97 inches. But who wants to be average if you can work up to a huge dong.

You are actually about average; most of us started around the size you are now. If you're ready for a change, then you've come to the right place. That's why most of us are here.

Thanks guys. I've been doing something really basic for like a week or so:
            straight out stretch
            down stretch
            up stretch
            left stretch
            right stretch
Counting each one one-thousand to sixty one-thousand

            followed by 100 - 300 jelqs counting (one one-thousand, two one-thousand)
            5 on, 2 off.

Does this seem ok? I've already noticed that I'm consistently waking up with the morning wood lately.

              Hey seg.

Yeah, that routine seems ok. With a few modification it would be similar to JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine, which I recommend that you check out and maybe even consider (many people have had great success with this routine) - it would require minor modifications of what you're already doing.

You really should consider adding stamina work to your routine; it will greatly help performance and EQ as well as enlargement and penis health.

But most important is that you warm up, couldn't figure out if you do... do you? If not, start now!

And of course you need your own log!
