Hello everyone!!...ah I'm totally new here..by the way I'm Jayson and I'm looking for a friend here whom have experienced doing this..I was hoping you could help me or guide me while trying to do PE here...

If you have a look at this forum, you'll see that everybody is very helpful. This community is based about sharing information in ordering to PE safely and with efficacy. hi guys. im mike. i have started this pe program about 2 weeks ago and have seen results with in the first week...(quick question)..when im doing the streches i feel the tug in all directions..from what i can understand thats a good thing right?
