  • Hello! and kudos

Just wanted to say hello. I have read the forum for a couple months and have learned a bunch. I started this summer with a 7 3/8" BPEL, 4 1/2" NBPFL, and 5 7/16" girth. I am now at 7 3/4" BPEL, 5" NBPFL, and 5 3/4" girth. I do a 10 min warm up, 10 min of basic stretches, 15 min normal and V jelqing and directional jelqing to try to smooth out a slight upward curve thay hits my wife's cervex pretty bad sometimes. I have started doing some bends and light compressions for base girth that I need. (My upper shaft and head is much larger than my base... Head is 2 3/8"!!!) I warm down for about 5 min or more.My TUG is at about 8 o'clock, so I do a lot of my exercise up and out but still do some good 6 o'clock pulls. I also JAI or do some sort of light stretch upon urination.I really am seeing the girth explose and will start leaning towards more length exercises. My wife can only take about 8.5", so that would be a good reachable goal. Thanks for all the good info.

Sorry my typing was gibberish, lol... On my Blackberry at work. Also meant to say my LOT was about 8ish, not TUG. I get loss of tug just under 9, so I figure I need to do up and out more than down.
