    hi guys. im mike!! i started the pe program about 2 weeks ago and i have seen the results in the short time. (quick question) im feeling the tug in all directions when im doing the streches..from what i can understand thats a good thing right??

            like jp said..the first gains you will notice will be the flacid gains..i have seen big gains there. and cant wait to see the end results

                iam takein it very slow..im going to stick to jp 90 day program...and then go from there. im only spending about 35 to 40 mins a day for 5 day on and 2 days off. is that a good amount of time or do i need to work out more then 40 mins a day?

                  i think thats fine, my time is similiar... yes take it slow you don't want to hurt your self by overtraining good luck with growing !
