What's up? Found out about this forum last week and started a routine this week. I'm going to start a log and hope for the best!

I first found out about kegels as a kid going through my parents vhs tapes. One tape was like a professional instructional manual on hot sex, so of course I wanted to watch it. Had a section on kegels and I thought it was b.s. until I saw the success stories here.

Last time I measured I was 5.75".. but I probably measured wrong and didn't know what "bone pressed" was at the time so I'll have to measure that way.

Can't wait to see results!

So I measured while fully erect and my results were (please bare with me don't know the abbreviations yet):

Erect bone pressure length: 6.00"
Erect girth: 5.75"

5.75EG is an awesome starting girth - you should be smiling about that!

It is many people's target girth.

Pirate I measured the girth on the thickest part of my penis. I guess it makes sense cause everything about me is short and stubby. I'm 5'7" with sausage fingers and fred flinstone feet.
