  • Help Needed

    Hi everyone,

I need some tips on how to make my penis look normal again. When it is flaccid it hangs towards the left, when 60/70% erectthe left side develops a little curve and when I get fully erected it twists towards the right at almost 45 degrees. I noticed the curve about a year ago but at that time there was no twisting. I put it down to masturbating only with my right hand, so i thought using my left hand would may be cure the problem but after a few months i noticed that it had started to twist towards the right when fully erect. can any reccommend soem excercise that would restore it back to its full glory? I hate looking at it in the mirror.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thank you in advance.

Some guys managed to correct curves by doing PE but you've got to know that it takes time, maybe more than to grow your penis...
Have a look a t this thread, you might find them helpful:

Some jelq against the curve for example and I think that hanging can do it too (but this is an advanced technique to consider only when you are conditionned).

So my advice would be to start a beginner routine like JP's when you feel ready (read a lot on the forum, it helps to avoid mistakes: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...y-threads.html ), try to jelq against the curve without using too much strength (start doing this during 1 jelq out of 10 and increase progressively) and, when your penis is conditionned, you can try advanced technique like the one described in the link above or hanging or side jelqs.

Thanks for yor help, i'll start giving it a go, can you please tell what you mean by conditioning and how do I know when i'm "conditioned"? and when jelqing against the curve, do you mean jelqing towards the right? (Curve is on left) and sorry to sound dumb but what do you mean by doing this 1 jelq out of 10? would I be correct in assuming this mean 1 jelq against the curve and 9 straight ones?

another thing i wanted to know is if these excercises will cure the twist on my penis when i'm fully erect? to be honest I am more concerened about the twsit than the curve.

We usually refer to "conditioning" when talking about the first 90 of PE. This is to get the penis used to exercises you will be doing. After this period has passed, one can move into "heavier" lifting (more advanced PE). If you have a hard curve, it seems logical to jelq in the opposite direction and not 1 out of 10 I'd do 9 out of 10, TO FIX THE DAMN CURVE ha ha! Not sure about the whole twist thinn pal, sorry.

Don't know neither about the twist! But if you find a way to correct it, some guys would surely be interested! About jelqing in the opposite direction, I said 1 out of 10 at the beginning and then increase progressively: this exercise increase the pressure on the opposite CC (which is less developped, that's what creates the curve!) and you want to apply more and more pressure on it progressively if you want to stay safe!

Thanks for your help guys, I just have one last question before I get started. when i jelq against the curve, do i produce a curve shape as in the exact opposite of the existing curve or do I just jelq out straight towards the right thigh?
