Hey, I've been interested in PE for a couple years as a lurker but just now getting around to starting a routine and becoming a member. I'm not overly concerned with my size at BPEL 6.1 and EG 5.8 but I would like to gain some added length because I'm pretty tall (about 6'3'' and 200lbs) and it's just never looked that impressive to me. I'm active and in good shape. Have a long term girlfriend who I know is extremely comfortable with my size but I still wanna get a bit bigger. Anyway I've started on a very basic routine of about a 5 minute warm up/stretching, followed by around 60 overhand jelqs and a small warm down(not sure if it is necessary or not).
Hoping I could get some advice on tweaking my routine. I've been to a couple different sites to research routines but there seem to be varying opinions. Some people say that doing just a 10-15 minute routine with between 50-90 jelqs is enough but other people have said they do over an hour with between 600-700 jelqs per session. Figured I'd start on the lower end of the spectrum just in case, trying to be really careful I don't over train. Looking for some advice on this matter. For now just gonna stick with my basic routine.
Also I' seen the term edging thrown around a lot and I'm not sure what it means. If anyone could help me out with that one too it'd be much appreciated.
