    introduction

    hey everyone, i am new to the board. i'm still going through all the information here but looks like a lot of great stuff.

    i'm 23 and about 6.5". would love, love, love to get to 7.5.

          Welcome to the gym tustinn,
          7.5" is totally doable when you start from 6.5" but it'll take time and effort. How long? No one knows... Just be sure to follow the safety rules and learn as much as you can before starting.

            Tustinn you'll never get to 7.5 using those smiley faces! That's for girls! Find a real good mean or grumpy face.That would be more like it. Afterall you're a man, a man with work to do! You want to gain an inch so you got to be tough! Did you know that it has been scientifically proven that you lose 1/4 inch in length for every happy smiley face you send! Okay, now that we got that straight man to man welcome to the gym!
