Hey everyone, how are you all doing? Okay, so I have always been a little self conscious about the size of my penis. My wife say's that she thinks it is fine, but I don't feel the same way. Anyways, I am a 23 year old and am happily married. I tried prolixus pills once but quickly sent them back for a refund when I didn't see any growth. I had heard of Jelqing and PE before but was hesitant to try it out. Tonight was my first night of PE, I am using "JP's 90 Beginner Program". I have to admit, it was a lot more rough than I thought, but I did enjoy it and plan on doing exactly what the routine calls for, for the full 90 day's to see what kind of size I gain. After reading all of the success stories on here I am pretty excited to get some good, solid months of PE under my belt.

You all are very knowledgeable and display all of the information in a easy to find and understand format. I was very excited to find this web site. Everyone seems so kind and accepting. I plan on being active on here and charting my progress.

My current BPEL is 6 3/4" and my EG is 5 3/4" (Which really isn't TOO bad I know). Is it realistic for me to get to a BPEL of 9" and a EG of 7"? I mean I don't think I really need to be THAT big, but I really wanna set some lofty goals for myself. Thanks in advance for the responses.

Don't be in too much of a rush to do the full jp ,it is ok to ease into it.
Your penis is over average size already.

Yes, both of those are atainable. It's gonna take forever.
If I could give you a tip.... start with smaller goals and work your way up.
Like my first goal was 7" NBPEL (before I was measuring in BPEL). Second was 7.5" BPEL when I began measuring that way. Then 8" BPEL, then 8" NBPEL.
For girth it was 5.25",5.5" and now it's 5.75" Midshaft, then...6"!
And that's my final goal for each. Getting there slowly but surely.
      Starting Size (09/2009): ~7"BPEL x ~5" MSEG
      Most Recent Measurement (08/13/2012): 8"BPEL x 5.5"MSEG
Final Goal: When I'm told to stop.

Thanks for all the quick responses, I appreciateit. Also, I know 9x7 might be a little too big, but I set that as a goal so I have something huge to push towards. Also I think my wife can handle it, she's a champ. Even with my current size I don't bottom her out, although she does sometimes complain that she is sore afterwards. Anyways my first day of JP's routine was last night and I woke up a little "sore", nothing bad, but noticable. Is that normal for someone just starting out with PE? I think I may be putting too much pressure on my cock, I read somewhere on here that if jelqing doesn't feel good then you are over doing it. There were definitely times last night when it was very uncomfortable while doing my wet jelqs. Give me some insight please, thank you.

Pain = No Gain, This is not like pumping iron, if you have pain stop. A lot of people who want big or quick gains go with JPs 90 and it is a good program. It is also the routine that I see the most injuries from. It' not the routine, it's wanting to force gains. I think that we often understate the importance of starting out slow and easy. Over training in PE is never good, you are much better off to under train and work into it slowly. As you have surmised a light grip is all that is needed to jelq. Genitally moving blood from the base up to the glands is all that is needed to start with. The first few months is mostly about safely conditioning your penis and some gains usually come along with it. Keep in mind that your penis health comes first. Take it easy and have some fun with it.
