    Hi guys, i joined this website about a year ago, Ive been jelqing on and off and then kinda stopped seeing no gains....
    Now again i do no feel great about myself

    I am 25 years old asian man and i am about 4" hard....I have been very depressed lately and my confidence is almost no more...

    I really hope someone can help me out...provide me with a program that has worked WELL for them....I would like to gain length but REALLY need to gain girth....I dont want to put any devices or clamps....I would like to do this all by strenching if that is possible....any advice would help at this point.

    First off, that first sentence is a double negative.
    Second, on and off tends to make me feel like you're not putting real effort into this.
    Third, what was your routine and how well did you follow it?

      Welcome back to the GYM. I'm sorry to hear that you are feeling down. As I'm sure you know we feel about ourself really has very little to do with the size of our penis, but on the other hand, it is the rare man indeed, that would not want a larger penis.

      Stretching alone is not a great way to gain girth, it does more for length. Jelqing is the bread and butter of PE, Which tends to help both areas. Not knowing what you have tried in the past, I will suggest that you pick a Beginner Routine and work it as outlined for three months, so that you can condition your penis, by then you should know better what work best for you. Keep in mind the foremost goal is over all penis health and safety.


      You will need to find motivation to be consistent with your workouts if you are going to realize any meaningful gains. This is the link to the Beginners Check List. It is a great place to start planning a improved you.

        I know that a big reason for my depression is due to my penis size. I am so self-conscious of myself i barely take off my sweater just because i dont want people to see how small i am...I hate this...

        I am back because I want to be be ON AND ON and not on and off anymore. I will be dedicated to at least try for 3 months.

        The exercise I did both was just jelqs and stretches, about 150 a day at nighttime with a heat bag as a stretch, I would also do kegeals during the day.

          You can not do them everyday you need to do 1 day on 2 days off
          same thing with kegals not everyday.

            UE pinned it spot on ... penis health and safety is the number one priority. I would also add that training with the mindset that you are too small will not help either and could prove counterproductive, PE is both a mental and physical thing. If motivation is a concern i would recommend giving MEcoach a try, that way you will recieve the encouragement and advice from experts. Having a coach means that you will be constantly monitored which will mean that you will get a kick up the arse if you begin to lack consistency. Alternatively JP's routine is very popular, also kingpole has a few routines that should prove to be effective. All of the routines above have worked for so many PE'ers and were created by veterans who made awesome gains.

              Well I don't know about the other guys but I missed you. How about staying around consistently and doing your routine that way as well. You can change things if you're willing to work at it. It's a lot better than being depressed don't you think?

                Thanks for the post guys...I really appreciate it. Like I said I am going to get serious about this. I have had so many chances to have sex with girls that just want to be friends with benefits but I cant even see myself satisfying them which is why I deny them....this makes me feel like an idiot. I will look into some of the programs in the beginner section....I will post every so often if I have questions or problems or if I have gains(fingers crossed).

                  Honestly, you sound EXACTLY like one of my friends. He has had these amazingly beautiful women throw themselves at him over the years and continues to turn them down. Not outright, but basically turns them off and puts himself in the position that he will only be their friend.
                  Be confident and don't worry about your damn size. Good luck with PE man. It will help your confidence... and honestly, that's more important than the gains.

                      Welcome back TryFor Size. I agree with the comments here ... just be confident and realize this is a long journey. What I can tell you is that 4" is enough to please a women. Over the years, I have been married twice for a total of 28 years. During that time I have always been able to find ways for my wife to be well satisfied. You don't say what your girth is but as long as you are at least 4", any woman you are with will know you are there. Just be confident, creative and attentive in bed.

                      As far as a routine, we smaller guys are sometimes challenged to do the exercises as demonstrated. The routine I do is slightly modified but has worked for me. Each exercise is part of a complete package designed to gently work every part.
                      Foundation - This part of my routine focuses general health and conditioning. If you are overweight, you will have an excessive fatpad. For us smaller guys, the fatpad is our biggest enemy. So a good nutritional and exercise plan is a must. Whatever diet works for you go with it, but also make sure you have a good balance of nutrients the promote energy and blood circulation. Exercise wise
                      make sure you are working your body core with abdominal, low back, and hip exercises. These are not for stop reduction. They are to build and strengthen the muscles and ligaments around the groin area. From a PE prespective its kegels, then more kegels, and then more kegels. Oh did I say do kegels, be sure to do your kegels. I find that not only do they help with prostate health, they are good for blood flow, erection quality, and even muscle toning. They help you learn your body too. One last element of a good foundation is always appling warmth before your PE routine. I use a warm moist cloth and also use a variety of supplemental heat sources; rice sock, hot water bottle, heating pad, a heated matress pad. Just depends on the time of the day when I do my exercises.
                      Stretches - I do all my stretches in a flaccid state. If during the routine I start getting hard, I stop, apply heat again and wait. If my penis won't bend, I'm too hard. For exercises I do rotating stretches (with a lot of focus on the ligaments at the base). A theme throughout all my exercises is applying a 1/4 to 1/2 twist of my penis when I do any exercise. It adds a little extra stretch but also always a easy way of controlling the tension during a hold. Also, I don't have any curvature issues, so I split up the twists evenly between hands. Always do your stretches slow and hold for 10 to 30 seconds. The second exercise I do are flaccid bends. I grip at different positions along the shaft; with my length now I have 3 positions but initially I only had 2. Again I use a twist during the hold. This exercise is focuing on the tunica muscle along the shaft. The third stretching exercise I do are bundled stretches. I take one hand and grip the head and stretch like I was going take a stretched flaccid measurement. Then with the other hand I twist the shaft with as much of a turn as i can get. Initially I was only getting about a 1/2 turn, but now I can get a bit more.
                      Massage - After my stretches I take a 5 minute break for a massage. I apply a liberal amount of oil, do a lot of gentle squeezes and rubbing of the skin, some rotating stretches with no hold, some jelqs and squeezes. In general, it's all suppose to feel good. The goal is to get the blood flows and achieve an erection. It shouldn't be a 100% erection, but enough that you could insert it for sex.
                      Jelqs and Squeezes - For these exercises, I am oiled and the focus is on promoting blood flow and working on stressing and expanding the corpus sponge tissue. I do one-handed jelqs (15 reps with one hand and then switching to the other hand). With my shorter size, is a lot easier. I take about 4 seconds per jelq and again use a rotation with the hand. Pressure is about the same as if I was masturbating, except of course the hand is only going one way. I also do 2 kegels with each jelq. Work up on the number you do on your exercise days based on how much time you have. Lastly, I do squeezes. For these I make sure I have a good erection and then grip at the base. While holding a firm grip I do 10-15 kegels during a 30 second hold. After all of this I do a warmdown in the shower.

                      I do my routine 3-4 times a week. On off days I will do kegels and sometimes some edging. I prefer to not ejaculate during edging or masturbating. Wife and I tend to have some form of sexual play most every night so save it for then. Even then sometimes I don't ejaculate then, especially if all we are doing is oral. As long as I get at least 2 releases a week, I'm good.

                        WOW he sounds EXACTLY like me man...just recently I turned down an amazing chick and told her I just want to be friends and that if I have sex with her I might get attached...that was my excuse...but really I just lacked the confidence that I wouldnt please her.

                        A little about myself, I am very fit, 5'9 170lbs. The only thing I feel I lack is my manhood and I hope this time around I can make some gains. I've read through lots of posts.. I think I will start with JP's 90 DAY...I have done this in the past and didnt see results but I will give it another shot. If anyone has any other routines programs that have worked WELL you can send me a message ...one last thing I am an asian man and if theres any other asians that have see good gains any suggestion is appreciated(I saw asian because we have certain traits that may be more similar than other races....but AGAIN I WILL TAKE ALL SUGGESTIONS...I HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE AND EVERYTHING TO GAIN.

                        EDIT: ALSO WHERE CAN I FIND INFO ON WHAT EACH ABBREVATION MEAN...SUCH AS
                        BPFL BPEL NBPLF ETC....I dont know them all
