  • Hello all,

    Hi all, a quick introduction to me, my name's john (pretty obvious lol) and been interested in PE for a while, mostly lurking over at Thunder's Place and trying to take in some knowledge.

    Im a guy in his thirties, trying to get better across the board, health, general fitness as well of course as PE, sexual prowess... all of it. |I guess when i was younger i was just interested in getting on with life, and now im more thinking 'be all i can be'... I hope that makes sense lol. I'm married, and so obviously want to please my partner more both with my meat size and stamina; i hope i can find some of my answers here!

    I've got loads of questions about technique and hazards etc, but to keep it succinct here and now i'm most concerned with my gentlemans shape... I've got a 5.25 (full flacid) to 6.2 (full erect) - sorry i have no idea what the abbreviations are - but slightly curved shaft. When erect the curve is much more noticeable and wondering if there were exercises/edge's that could help with this?

    many thanks and in support,

    john

    I also have a slight curve, it just goes off a bit to the right. This is very common to have a curve. I measure from the left side of my penis significantly bigger than I do from the left, therefore you should find that one side is bigger than the other. If you curve to your left, then concentrating on stretches where you pull your penis to your right will concentrate on lengthening the left side of your penis, and therefore even up then side length, which should straighten you up. Also curved jelqs are said to help, where you jelq in the opposite direction to the curve.

      This could also help;

      FREE Penis Enlargement Videos! jelq, jelqing, jelquing, kegels, DLD blasters, oriental massage, squeezes

      Although I would be careful doing them, they look quite advanced. I wouldn't do them unless you have been peing for a while.

          Welcome to PEGym, John!
          To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

            Welcome to the Gym John, What you want to do first is to pick your self a beginner program that you like and get started. After a few short months your penis will be in condition and you will then be able to focus more on your own unique goals. Keep in mind that a health penis is the first and foremost goal every thing else will follow. Love the check list.

              Thankyou for the warm welcome and the advice! I've been doing a slightl cut-down beginners programme now, warming up to do a fuller programme in a couple weeks - not much change yet but, early days, early days And thankyou for the dedicated exercises - i'm going to be a bit careful with the one shown as does look a little advanced, instead jelq more to one side, up and down exclusively.

              So... better get to it!
