    welcome to PE gymbunny!
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

Thanks Guys for the positive feedback. I have practised some PE, but do not have a solid workout routine which is very out of character as I have a strict gym work out schedule, (hence the "gymbunny" I am known by in the gym community). I teach step aerobics, partake in daily spin sessions, partake in body conditioning, strength training and a little yoga. I enjoy the team efforts at the gym, so I am hoping that belonging to like minded guys in this space that I will get into a proper PE training routine. I have gone through life embarrassed about the inadequacy of my penis length, BPEL 5.9", Goal 7.0" and now wish to rectify this. Problem is that I am also a gadget and gimmick fan - I do not need much convincing to shop and there are so many products relating to PE - what works and what doesn't? I am looking forward to learning the the various techniques and hope to be able to write progress reports soon!

          Bye for now...

For the first few months you might want to avoid any devices, manual exercises will allow you to condition yourself without putting too much strain on your penis. A good place to start that many people have had success with (myself included) is JP's 90 Beginner Routine, but there are also a few other beginner routines out there that might work for you, just stay away from the advanced stuff for awhile, it's not worth the risk of injury.

Once you've got some practice under your belt (heh) you might want to pick up a Jelq device (though they are just basically padded canning tongs, so you could save a lot of money going with those) or a Bathmate, both of which seem to be pretty popular on the devices forum. You should go over there and do some research for yourself though, everyone has something they swear by for different reasons.

Thanks Messerschmidt - it makes sense what you say. A damaged penis could be quite traumatic!
