  • I join you again. Please help!

Hi every body. It's nice to see you again here.

I've been a bad period after joining this forum. Maybe 'cause I'm a new member. Let me tell me what happened. I think it happened to some of you guys here.

I started out PE in December 1st 2010. I worked our PE such as jelqing, stretching, (normal routine following JP's 90)... without warm up and warm down. It was nearly 2 weeks. One day, in December 12th 2010, I started warm up. And what was happened? After 2 days warming up, in an evening, I felt terrible about my penis. I couldn't control it. It can't almost rise straight. It was smaller. And it was out of control about 2 days. After that, I could rise my penis but it was not in a full (or weak) erection. So I stopped PE until now. I was afraid of

Now it's almost ok. But not in 100% erection as in the old days. I feel better. So I want to restart with JP's 90 days outine. I need your advice.

Is it harmful if I continue this routine or my penis can be weaker?

Hmm sounds like it may have been too much on your dong. Exercising without warming up and then adding in the warm-up might have "over-trained" you and affected EQ. I would suggest waiting until your dong is back to normal and then start back doing 50% of the routine and build up to 100%. And ALWAYS do your warm-up!

There are reasons there are directions so that you don't injure yourself. Well go heal, read the routines, and follow directions. It will help you in the long run.

Thanks you guy. But I realized that when I started without warming up, it's OK, no problem. But When I did warming up, my penis was sick. Maybe due to high temperature of water? I was not over-trained.
One more thing, my penis seem to be smaller, and its skin has some wrinkles.

I've never heard of a warm up causing a decrease in EQ and a decrease in size. When warming up with water, make sure the water is pretty warm, but not burning hot. Did you make any changes to your routine other than the warm up/down?

The only thing I can think of is that the warm up allowed you to expand more and with the same routine you over worked your cock...whereas before without warm ups you were fine.
            June 2010 Beginning bpel 5.75 mseg 4.75
Current bpel 7 3/8 mseg 5.5 I don't even know if I want to gain anymore.
            New Short Term Goal 7.5x5.5
            Long Term 8x6

I would do nothing for about a week maybe two. Then do just the hot towel or rice sock warm up with a light penis raise exercise like 5 to 10 rep's with a warm down 3 times out the week. And if eveything is o.k then go back to your workout put at 50%.Good luck BRO.

No, I just added warm up two times in two days. And my penis was sick in day 2nd.

This may sound strange, but I've had similar experience. Warm up tends to make my unit turtle instead of fuller flaccid.

I use a rice sock to warm up. I think although warm up is essential/beneficial, but it also can be tiring. (especially when the temp. is too high).

                  What was your routine ?

                    I started on 1 st of December 2010" (JP's 90 days routine)
                    - No warm up.
                    - Stretching 15 secs x 4 times.
                    - Jelqing 25 reps x 4 times.
                    - No warm down.

I went on until 12th of December.
13th of December, I changed a little bit by adding warm up and warm down, others are the same.

15th of December, After exercising about 5 hours, my penis was sick.

                    I stopped until now.

I did think my penis was sick because:
                    - I watered a pretty hot water directly on my penis ( I did not use rice sock or something like that), but I felt OK at that time.
                    - Maybe I stretched my penis rather hard
                    .
=> My ligament is weaker a little bit, I think.

What should I do now? Please give me advice. Thank you.
