Hi,
I've been lurking around the site for a while now and decided i would take the plunge and become an active member.
I turned 30 last month and decided i wanted to challenge myself and set myself a long term challenge and see what i would look like when i turn 40. Im currently overweight (5`5" and 195lbs although a wide stocky frame) and my penis measurements i think would see me on the lower side of average (5.25"-5.5" in length and 4.75" girth - erect)
My challenge is to turn my body around (get that beachbody look lol) and hopefully add an extra inch or two to my penis size. My only current concern is i suffered small fissures (one on the penis head and the other on my frenulum) a couple of months back that took some time to heal, they would look like they've healed up and when i had sex again they would split again..it got annoying but it looks (fingers crossed) that its settled down and i havnt had a reoccurance in the last 2 weeks
Is there any exercises that can be done to help "soften" the frenulum area so it makes fissures less likely or is it something the body will naturally grow if i start to see gains? and does PEing after the age of 30 reduce the likelyhood of any gains happening?
I intend on starting JPs 90 day programme to help condition my penis before even considering any other PE technique/method and hope to make some good friends along my journey
Cheers.
Mark
