  • hello everyone!

Warning i suck at this sort of thing
Well with that out of the way i would want tot say a little something about myself
My name is Daniel 19y of age and signed up like a year ago but since procrastination is a practice i am quite fond of (YEAH YEAH stupid i know)
And resultswise have thrown away a year already i finally decided to break the ice and throw myself in the open.
If you (reader's) have not fallen in sleep yet i will explain why i signed up and what my expectations are. To put it simply am not happy with the size of my member its about 6inc erect and about 2inch in girt.
I hear all around me that my measurements are nothing to complain about but i differ and would like to be bigger.
And for that i need all the help i can get, i have done quite the reading around this forum and have seen many usefull things but as a newbie i found myself quickly overwhelmed by all the available information.
But to get to bussiness my short term goal in overall is to gain an inch or a inch and a half in both the lenght and girth department and this in a time of six months (feel free to tone down my expectations if unreasonable or up if to humble)
And as a beginner i have come to understand that within the first few months all i have to worrie about is warming up,kegeling, basic stretching and basic jelqing that part was clear but wat was'nt was except the warmup in wich order to kegel jelq or stretch or to how long to hold a strecht or how many jelqs i should do.
Any reply in the form of a schedule i should follow or what supplements to take or any form of advice is welcome.
    And thanks already everyone!

Welcome to the gym DZ191. Start with a beginner's routine and go from there. There are plenty to choose from in the Newbie section.
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.
