This is my second time around on this forum for some reason after not visiting for awhile my last account wouldnt work anymore

Anyway am excited to start jelqing again started out a few months ago saw some great gains but then got complacent and lost em all so am starting back from scratch.

My stats to begin with are:
7.4 BPEL
5.25 EG

am looking to add atleast an inch in both directions lol
