  • Hey

What's going on guys? I'm a 25 year old college student. I've actually been reading on and off about PE for at least 5 years but I've always been really skeptic, so I never got myself to make the commitment and get into a solid routine.

I've only been with a couple of girls, both of which were versions. With these girls, I didn't really have any insecurity about my size. I'm seeing a new girl now for a couple of weeks, who I know has had a few partners. She's a lot more experienced than me, so that's a first. When we're making out and stuff I've been feeling really insecure about my size and find myself thinking that she'll find I'm smaller than other guys she's been with and be disappointed. I end up hesitating on taking things further and have even lost my erection a couple of times. Tonight was the second time, so I had enough and I've been doing a lot of reading tonight, lol. I definitely want to do her right. ;-)

I came home tonight and did some reading. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the average penis length (at least according to the LifeStyles study) was 14.9cm. I'm about 14.5cm BPEL when I'm rock hard. Although, from what I've read, there is some dispute about whether the study was BPEL or not, it was certainly relieving to see how close to the average I was.

Anyway, I'm planning on putting together a solid routine based on the suggestions for beginners here on the forum and doing some consistent PE at the same time every day (saving for off days of course). This looks like a great, supportive community and hopefully I can be a part of it.

The research is Non-bone Pressed erect penis size.

On to the girl thing. Getting nervous and thinking mainly about what she will feel and think is so soooo bad... The mind game is really a problem for me and I know what is it to loose erections from being to stressed out. The good new are that PE will give u confidence so not to worry.

As for the routine ---> https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...r-routine.html ---> Best conditioning routine ever. It will get u to a point where u can continue with more intense exercises and bigger gains.

    GOOD LUCK and Welcome!
PE is an amazing experience, an incredible obsession, a builder of confidence and a changer of lives!

      Welcome to the gym code_junkie,
Your size is average so you should feel insecure. She's probably been with bigger guys than you, but with smaller guys as well. While you can work on size but be aware that it takes time, be sure to work on your technique too because this is really what'll make you unforgetable... Here are some good links:

Really? I've heard more resources say that the LifeStyles study WAS BPEL. Is there anywhere I can get a definitive answer?

        Thanks for the welcome guys.

Cool to hear that someone's in the same boat as me. I have an extremely stressful life and have been diagnosed with GAD (General Anxiety Disorder). If that's not enough, I already have the stigma of losing an erection in front of her. I worry that those thoughts will consume my mind every time I'm with her and I'll be unable to get it up. It really sucks too because I can get a nice stiffy by myself every 2 hours if I wanted to, lol.

Thanks for the refferal to JP's routine. This is actually the one I was planning on following.

Welcome to the wonderful world of willy workouts code! Every single person here seems to have an idea if those studies were Bp or Nbp. I don't have have a clue.

              Welcome Code_junkie.

Most of us here were skeptics once. If you try PE you will discover for yourself that it's very real.

Don't let the emotions take over your penis! This is my biggest problem and it is very difficult to get over psychological ED... Fight it while it is still in the process of developing but be aware u will always have performance anxiety ( and then just relax)
