            Thanks to all,

so after reading the beginner's stuff I started the JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine.

So, my penis measures are (in inches) (I will collect the data on a Excel datasheet):

            17-04-2011
            Flacid Lenght: 3,54"
            Flacid Girth: 3,54"
            Flacid Volume: 3,54"
            Bone Erect Lenght: 6,89"
            Bone Erect Girth: 5,12"
            Bone Erect Volume: 14,36"

So on my first day I felt good but I found tricky to do the V Jelqs, the other stuff went OK.

            Best Regards.

That isn't very easy to read. I think you will have to edit that in order for people to understand :P

Those measurements are very accurate mate! Looks like you got a great starting size, and you definitely landed in the right place.

Sounds like you're approaching the game in the right way reading up on the know-how and putting safety first, so i'll just wish you all the best in your pe adventure!

So, I found tricky to do the V Jelqs can I replace them for another exercise?

Another thing I need to work is in Premature Ejaculation. Reading arround I found that PE exercises may help.
Another thing I didn't mention is my little penis curvature downside, but I think is not important and maybe the program may help too.

                      Best Regards.
