You may not have any gains after the first 90 days, mine were practically nil. But the 90 day routine is important to condition your unit to be able to take on more serious routines (like Uli's, clamping, hanging, etc). Don't skip it. Injuries can be very serious and set you back by many months (some injuries can require surgery, etc). Don't risk it. This is a very long term project - just look at it that way. I have been following the routine for the past 3 days. I definitely notice my penis has more weight to it and looks bigger when flaccid.
Maybe I'll start to keep a weekly log. I just gotta learn all those long abbreviations now! When I first started my failed jelqing I never did the warm ups. I think that's why I never noticed any difference and experienced some discomfort and quit.

Well, I must say I am definitely happy after only a few days. I already reached my short term goal of 6 in and have harder erections and stronger ejaculations!!! I am truly amazed. Could this be a correction of a circulation problem I unknowingly had? I don't remember the last time I had such hard erections and maybe I was a six incher the whole time.
I'm so glad PE exists!

The size increase will be a result of better EQ, you did mention in your first post that your erect length fluctuates between 5.5" and 5.9". This is still a positive never the less and no doubt there will be additional gains with further exercise.
