hey guys, found this forum a few months ago but for reasons unknown never got round to starting PE.
As most guys out there the idea of being able to have a larger and healthier penis without buying all these magic pills is a pretty good reason to start PE !
I'm not unhappy with my size, but i think as with most people "the more the merrier" applies even if i only gain a confidence boost and stronger erections what have i got to loose ?

I was going to start the 90 day routine as i have seen you recommend countless times to beginners to the forum, i'm just wondering what are realistic goals to set myself for short term gains ? should i set goals for 3 months or sooner or later ? or just have a goal to reach x length and be happy when i get there ?
I have recently also started a more normal workout trying to bulk up and gain some mass following the one and only scooby, this is my workout Intermediate Bodybuilding Home Workout Plan i would definitely recommend this site great advice for all experience levels.
Also is 8x6 a reachable final goal ?
    Starting stats: BPEL 6.00"
    EG 5.00"
going to make a rice sock now and start my first routine, wish me luck

    Welcome aboard!
JP's 90 Day Beginner Routine is a great place to start, however, I caution you against putting deadlines on PE related goals. We all gain at our own pace and an arbitrary deadline is an invitation to an injury. Take it one day at a time and you will get your goal.
8"x6" is a common goal around here. I am aiming for a more modest 7.5"x5.5".

I doubt you will have big bulking up gains with that routine. I did some training at home some time ago, but with little success. A gym is better for mass building in my opinion, home workout will do if you just want to keep yourself in form, unless of course you have a lot of weights then you can do an ordinary mass building routine.

        thanks for the replies
good advice pirate, in that case ill make a short term goal of 6.5" and just be happy whenever i reach it
i would be more than happy with 7.5 x 5.5 too, just 8x6 has a little more wow, it will no doubt take me a few years to get there but...
I think i should start a log, it would help i think. How often does one measure ? i'm guessing too often will make you feel down about no results

and sekeris i did try going to the gym but personally prefer working out at home, i have all the weights i need and a bench so i don't need to go to a gym anymore. If you prefer a gym that's fine, but if you want to save money i would definitely recommend checking out scooby's website for advice on home workouts. I managed to get a bench barbells dumbells and around 200kg of weight for £50 from ebay, bargain my dad uses them too. Also I use that routine because i'm just starting out so need to build muscle groups before i can go onto more intense workouts on each muscle, i still cant do many overhand pullups.

As a fellow newbie, I can tell you my initial goal was simply to see clear, measurable gains -- to reach that almost magical moment when you no longer wonder if PE works, you know it does. For me, that was about a month in, but as the experts say, everyone gains at their own pace. Now, I view short term goals in 1/8 inch increments; and I refuse to think about time-based goals. After all, we would all love to reach our ultimate goal today if we could. But that's not gonna make it happen. The important thing, I think (and again this comes from a green beginner), is to know that your goals are reachable. You will get there. Since you are improving every step of the journey, it really doesn't matter how long it takes.

welcome to the gym. Take short term goals and baby steps towards your long term goals.8x6 has been accomplised but it would take dedication and patience. nice to have you at the gym
Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Welcome to PEGym! Stick with PE and you will grow!
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.
