  • New here...

So I'm obviously new. I've seen this forum once before a while back, but never really got into the PE thing.

This summer I'm away from my gf for a few months and think it would be cool to try this PE thing out and see if I can't add a little size to surprise her with when we see each other again in the fall.

I take it the 90day routine is the way to go for beginners. Primarily I want length. I haven't officially measured but I think my BPEL is 6 and EG is around 5ish? So about average I suppose. Is the 90day routine the best option? Or is there something else that would promote length more effectively. Anything I could add to it? Wrapping is something that seemed interesting, especially since it can be done discreetly.

Ultimate goal I'd like to achieve sometime (not necessarily just 90days...although that'd be nice lol) is 8-8.5x6, but length is definitely the priority as of now. What kind of gains can one expect from the 90 day program available here on the forum? I assume 8x6 is out of reach for 3 months of course but 7x5-6 would be nice as well.

Also, does the LOT still apply or is that bogus?

Thanks for any help. I'll be checking in later tonight.

Will probably start PE sometime this weekend. A log will likely accompany my PE training as well, but probably won't begin that until Monday.

Okay. So I shouldn't worry about "tug" relating to a difficulty to gain?

Welcome to the gym. Kingpole says LOT theory is bunk so I wouldnt worry about tug. Its easier that way. There will be enough you will get to learn by reading these great forums. Good luck with your surprise and enjoy the gym.
