Hi I'm new to PEGym but not to PE. I've been exercising since september and have only gained about 0.5-0.75" in length. I did not measure how much girth I've gained but it was a pretty good amount. I am 5.5" in girth but only about 6.5 - 6.75" in length. I want to get to 8.5" length and close to 6" in girth but I am a very hard gainer. That is why I need the support of a good PE community

Welcome to the PE Gym beep!
To me, there is no shame in PE. It's no different than when guys first began to lift weights/bodybuild and it was a fringe thing. Now it's mainstream.

for fast length gains i would recommend hanging and bathmate hardcore stretches, you will see gains in 6 months with this routine.
