  • Greetings!

    Hello Friends,

I am writing to introduce myself as well as my history with PE. I have been a long time lurker on these forums, and figure it is about time I get to posting, which will also hopefully bring my dedication to PE to the next level. Let me first say that this is a great community and I really appreciate the time and energy everyone here puts in to helping others.

Allow me to talk about my history with PE. I am now 23 years old, generally in good shape as I like to take care of myself with exercise and nutrition. The idea of PE has interested me ever since I started looking in to it a few years ago. I guess it fits in with my general conception of fitness and the body, i.e. that the body can be worked on and changed to fit a personal ideal through hard work and dedication. My current measurements are roughly:

    6.8-6.9 nbpel
    7.4 bpel
    7.9 bpfsl
    4.8-4.9 eg

Although I am for the most part happy with my measurements as they are, if the possibility of change is there why not work on it to reach what I would consider 'ideal'? I frist tried out PE a couple years ago, in a not particularly dedicated routine that mainly just involved jelqing. This was mainly just to try it out so I went slowly and gave it a shot for about a month maybe. I liked the results (increased EQ, flacid hang, more erections etc...but no permanent size change. It felt bigger at the time, but I dont think I worked at it long enough to make any lasting change.) Soon I got enveloped in schoolwork and other things and my routine fell by the wayside.

Starting last summer, I began to think again seriously about PE, and it was then that I found this website. I was living in China at the time working and living by myself, so I had plenty of time to devote to trying it out again. I started out with the JP90 routine, and again started to see many of the benefits I had encountered last time, although this program was certainly more comprehensive than what I had done before. However, again I only devoted a little less than a month to it, and saw no permanent size increase. Since then I have done a few weeks here, a few weeks there, but nothing I would consider a routine.

Now that I am back home in the States and living a more regular lifestyle, I feel it is time to start taking this seriously and really get in to PE.

I will also add that I have a girlfriend now, we have been together for a while, and not to toot my horn or anything but we do have a really great sex life together. In this respect, I know that even if I dont see any gains, I would be happy with the way I am now, and am not particularly insecure about it, excluding the occasional thought here and there. Anyway, the other day I was talking with her and actually ended up bringing up the topic of PE, how it works and that I was considering it. Her thoughts were actually quite similar to mine; that is that she is happy with the way I am now, but it's an interesting Idea and if it is an option, why not try for it? We are quite open and honest with each other, so I dont think she was sugar-coating her response or anything. So, now that she knows, this will certainly give me a much bigger boost of dedication, as it is something we can work on together, and is not some sort of secret (she also said she want to work on some things herself, like exercising kegels regularly with one of those exercise balls, as well as learn how to deepthroat )

Anyway, all this is to say that I have started up with JP90's routine again over the past week, and plan to continue through with it for three months of conditioning before I move on to more advanced things. I already have a fairly high EQ, maybe 8-9, some days 10, so I cant help but to feel that because I have done some PE in the past and am still young and have good EQ that I will not see so much in the way of really quick newbie gains, but hey you never know. That would be nice, but I am prepared to take this on as a lifestyle along with the exercise and fitness stuff that I have already incorporated in to my lifestyle.

In terms of my goals, my primary objective is to gain girth, although a little gain in length would not be unwanted and is probably unavoidable anyway. Mainly girth however, as I feel like right now I am a little thin in comparison to my length.

I am thinking of setting my goal at something like:

    8 bpel
    7.5 nbpel
    5.5 eg

Does this seem reasonable to you guys? For me those numbers would be nice things to work towards, although after talking with my girlfriend about it, who knows, I may eventually even want to work towards the magical 8x6. She seems to like size, and I always sort of knew that about her. The idea of 8x6 seems almost shocking to me, as having 6 inch girth would literally blow my mind (haha). Anyway, my goal as of right now is primarily 5.5 girth, and that is what I will be working towards.

Does anybody have some extra advice for me at this time? besides to work at JP90 diligently, and dont overtrain (which I have to watch out for as I have a tendency to always want to do more.)

In terms of the goals I have set, do they seem reasonable? I figured that the increases generally mirrored my current measurements except larger, and thus would be possibly achievable.

Anyway, I think that is all of my introduction for now. Although I have seen so many success stories on this forum, I am still coming to grips with the question "is PE possible for me?", so I look forward to everyone's input and sharing in the details of my adventure.

Welcome, your goals seem reasonable. Especially the length, your not too far off, but the girth may take time, as for going for the magic #6 in eg thatnwill definitely take time. Good luck and thisntime just stick to it and you'll see results!

Hello Miamihurricane, many thanks for the welcome!
I figured as such, that my length goal would be more easy to achieve than my girth goal, but I'm OK with that I guess. I figure that I will just have to keep an eye on my gains and over time probably transition to more and more of a girth routine as I see fit.

Just wanted to add quickly (sorry, I know my post is long enough already, haha) my current supplements:

      Men's multivitamin
      Fish oil
      Flax oil
Whey protein (in connection with regular workouts)
L-Arginine - Ornithine (I just went out and bought this today, going to see if I notice a difference, 1250 mg arginine - 750 Ornithine)
      Zinc (occasioanlly)
      L-cartinine (occasionally)

      Would anyone recommend anything else?
Thanks in advance for reading my excessively long posts!

well cheap trills, I really can't recommend anything I haven't used. Im using Male extra pills, which I believe are working. But Iv'e had amazing results with the jelq device. My girth has jumped up .5 in 2 motnhs, but this could all be due to me being an easy gainer. I think you should dedicate yourself to a girth routine. Your length is pretty good.

Hello schlittle, and thanks for the advice Miamihurricaine. I have seen the jelq device before and always wondered how effective it would be vs regular jelqing. It seems like you saw great results with it!

yea, It really intesified my jelqs, but you should only do it if youve already mastered the manual jelq. I used the jelq device alongside manual jelqs against my curve

Welcome to the gym, it is goo that your lay is onboard with PE. It is much easier to stick with it when your not hiding to do it, now lets see if you can stick it out this time, PE only works if you do, good luck

Hi BigO, thanks! Yeah I agree it seems a lot easier to stick to a routine when I don't have to be secretive about it. This time around I'm having a particularly good feeling about PE, and my workouts have been feeling great this past week! Here's to hard work and achieving goals (without overtraining).

                        Hello everyone,

I have a quick question regarding my routine, hoping for a little advice. I am currently doing JP90 and have been at it for a few weeks. This time around, as well as every other time I have dabbled in this routine, I am having trouble with the V-Jelq. I have browsed the forums and read many posts on it, and I know that I am technically doing the exercise correctly. However, I just cannot get it to feel right. I do not feel nearly the same amount of movement of blood that I do with a normal jelq, and after I finish them I do not feel really 'exercised' in the same way. Another problem I find is skin getting in the way, perhaps because I am uncircumcised? Not excessive but I feel like it gets in the way. On top of this, it is just not an exercise I enjoy in the same way I do the others.

Anyway, all this is to say that I have been progressively replacing them with normal jelqs, and rather than doing a certain amount of reps, I rely on timing. I have worked my way up to about 20 minutes of jelqing per session so far. After making this transition, I have been feeling much better after my workouts, feel more 'worked', and I think I have been noticing more positive PI's.

Anyway, I guess my question is would it be OK to just bypass this exercise entirely? Or should I keep at it and try to get it to work? Alternatively, is there something I can do instead of the V-jelq in my routine that would give me a comparable workout? As I said in my first post, I am mainly focused on girth, and from what I hear the V-jelq is a very good girth workout.

Let me know what you guys think and I look forward to hearing what you have to say.
                        Thanks!
