  • Hello everyone

I have been insecure about my penis length for a while now, and I am determined to make a good and effective change. I would really appreciate any advice that anyone had. I am here pretty much because i dont feel comfortable with what i have, and it affects my confidence quite badly. My penis is around 7 cm when flacid and around 13 cm when erect, my first goal would get it to around 15 cm. I'm willing to put the effort and concentration in. JUst need tips and advice about where to start

Welcome to the gym. Yep, start with the JP90 day routine. This conditions your unit for tougher exercises later on and is a must. Many people report length and girth increases during this 90 day period. Routine should take 30-40 mins but set aside an hour if you can as you need to be relaxed but also concentrating while you're doing the exercises. You don't want to rush through it, especially in the begining when you're learning the different techniques. Also start a kegel routine asap: don't over do it - every other day is the way forward.

Also get your supplements right: 5g's, vitamins, zinc, lysine and arginine. These coupled with "edging" will see you on your way. Keep reading the posts, understand how YOUR body is reacting to the exercises and ask questions.

          Good luck Simon-Daniel
