I am 54 and am having some dificulty getting the erection I had even five years ago. I've had a diagnosis of type II diabetes recently and I know that it was from eating a lot of junk food in my life and making a lot of poor lifestyle choices. I've done a LOT of reading though about food and supplements and I have come to learn that the solutions offered by medicine are short term (eg. pop a viagara) and skewed in favour of profit - to the deteriment of science. There is a lot of sceience in supplememtation and especially, in eating healthy but it is being almost completely ignored by our so-called health care professionals. So, I'll pipe in now and then with some of what I have learned from my reading about the importance of food and supplements to repair ED issues. I've lost over sixty pounds so far (thirty to go) and am performing better in the sack as a result. Things aren't perfect though, so I'll read what you all have to say.

Oh and if you grew up in Toronto you know the Leafs. Darryl Sittler was my idol growing up.Going an inch and 1/2 deeper than before

Great job on the weight loss! I heard that 30 lbs lost can add anywhere from .5 to a whole inch in non bone pressed penis length
keep wroking hard and good luck with PE!
